1. Take your Renaissance Flutes (http://wedding-supplies.efavormart.com/search?w=renaissance flutes) and dip the rim in vanilla frosting, then dip into bowl of graham cracker crumbs

2. Mix the following ingredients in a mixer:

  • ½ oz Marshmallow or Vanilla or Whipped Cream or Cake Flavored Vodka
  • ½ oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • ¼ oz ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
  • ¾ oz ounce cream or half and half

3. Pour the mix into the flutes. Done and Serve

4. Lay a toasted marshmallow with a seashell toothpick across the flute opening and you are ready to serve

Ingredients
4Tbsp Butter
2Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Cup Sugar
2 eggs
½ Cup Sour Cream
Juice from 1 lemon
2Tbsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Salt
2tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ Cups Fresh Blueberries

 

Directions

  1. In a deep dish, combine butter, vegetable oil and lemon zest and sugar; keep mixing for 3 minutes till it becomes light colored and creamy
  2. Next, add eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla extract; mix everything together for 2 minutes
  3. Next, add salt, baking powder and flour; mix everything for 2 minutes
  4. Finally, add your blueberry; mix to distribute evenly
  5. Line your muffin tray with paper cups and will them with the mix until ¾ full
  6. Place tray into 350F oven for 30mins

2Tbsp Olive Oil
10 Stalks Celery, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2Tbsp flour
2 Cups Chicken Broth
1-2 Cups Water
1 Bay leaf

Directions
1. Heat up olive oil in a pot, then sauté your sliced celery. Then add your onion and your garlic; should take around 8-10 minutes for items to become tender
2. Add the flour and mix with ingredients, then gradually add the chicken broth and bay leaf; cover and simmer for 30 minutes
3. Either use an immersion blender to puree the soup or simply transfer the soup to a blender by batches
4. Lastly, add milk and then salt and pepper to taste. Serve

{Makes About 15}

What you’ll need:


250g butter
430g (2 cups) caster sugar
4 eggs
225g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
85g (1 cup) desiccated coconut
3 tsp finely grated lemon rind
60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
Icing sugar, to dust

(1) Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a 20 x 30cm slab pan with non-stick baking paper and grease the sides which aren’t covered with baking paper (2) Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and stir until mixture is thick and glossy. (3) Sift the flour over the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in coconut, lemon rind and lemon juice. Spread over base of prepared pan. (4) Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. Set aside in the pan to cool completely.
